Here is a sobering thought. The average church size in the United States is 78 people according to Christianity today and there are nearly 384,000 churches. 30,000 of those churches close their doors for good every year.

How do we find our way back to a worship experience that is not about worshiping us, but one that doesn't make God throw up in His mouth a little?

Let's talk about worship. Let's talk about what it's like to lead in a megachurch, a startup church, a tear-down, and setup church in a lunchroom in a school cafeteria. Let's talk about leading in a small country church with 8 people. Let's talk about fighting the internal battle of thinking this is about us, and the humility of being reminded that it is not.

Let's talk about having no one to tell that we are struggling with unbelief or addiction because you have been placed on a pedestal by people who don't really know you at all.
